Our vision for our developmental team is to coach the fundamentals of the game, improve their baseball IQ, assist the player in developing a mental prep and recovery program, and build confidence through practice. 

What to expect when playing for HD Performance Coaching. Two Practices a week, double headers on weekends, participating in area tournaments close to Sacramento, Utilizing HitTrax Technology, and Facility training use. Players will also have opportunities to utilize facility space when free from use. We will participate in league play and participate in 1-3 area tournaments.
